从2023年开始，F1将推出一项全女性车手赛事——F1学院！以培养年轻女性车手进入更高级别的比赛，包括W Series女子方程式、F3锦标赛、F2锦标赛、F1世界锦标赛。该项赛事将由目前的F2和F3车队运营的5支车队组成，每支车队将有3辆赛车，组成总计15人的车手阵容。第一个赛季将包含7站赛事，每站赛事有3场比赛，总计21场比赛，外加15天的官方测试。2023赛季的赛历将适时发布。车手们驾驶的赛车由Tatuus T421底盘、Autotecnica涡轮增压引擎（165马力）、倍耐力轮胎组成。F1将为每辆赛车提供15万欧元的预算，车手将承担相同数额的费用，其他费用由车队承担。F1学院的目的是最大限度地发挥年轻女性车手的机遇和潜能，以达到赛车运动的最高水平。 F1
