Could not find active_record_query_trace-1.8 in any of the sources (Bundler::GemNotFound)

Docker build 时报错，我好像又踩到坑了？

@mashiro 我今天也遇到了这个问题。然而Gemfile.lock最后更新时间是10天前，但是两天前我的docker build却是成功的。
