Huang Dafa, former Party chief of Caowangba village in #Guizhou, was awarded the July 1 Medal🎖️, the highest honor of the CPC, in Beijing on June 29. He led local residents to build a water canal against a cliff near his village, bringing water and hope to the local residents.
