Remember: using someone’s software does not give you a free pass to be a jerk towards the developer(s).

In contrast to not being a jerk to your users, you shouldn’t let them turn you in to a doormat either, don’t be afraid of throwing people out of your community channels if they don’t mean well.

There needs to be a healthy balance.
