In @code 1.60.0, you can get inlay hints for parameter names.
Just enable it by setting: "javascript.inlayHints.parameterNames.enabled": "all"
or
"typescript.inlayHints.parameterNames.enabled": "all"

In @code 1.61.0, you can get a colorized bracket pair guide, just enable it by setting:
"editor.guides.bracketPairs": true
