@f1 the #AustrianGP was a joke with so many track limit penalties that the actual race was meaningless.

Once again #FIA ignores infractions by certain favored #CoughRedBullCough teams while pushing back their competition.

Was it? I think it's the drivers fault. The rules have been made clear and Perez not qualifying in q2 sends a message.
I don't know (didn't check) any track limits for red bull in the race, but giving penalties when track limits are not respected seems fair to me.
Also, 5, 10 or even 20 seconds wouldn't have bothered verstappen (aside from faster lap)

Perez never got more than a warning and Verstappen's off-track excursions were completely ignored.

In general, I agree, but if the entire field, or the vast majority are going off track in the same spot, it sounds more like a track issue.

The fact that most of the racing was negated by track limit violations suggests a problem.
