自己把自己作死了
uptime设定了邮件提醒，然后用的自己的邮件服务。
因为某个服务在不停调试，导致不断发送状态变更邮件到我的outlook邮箱，然后邮件服务的IP被微软BAN了

@maolog 我已经改成tel推送了，uptime kuma我改成了10sx6次还是经常检测到掉线，那邮件发的真就是跟骚扰邮件似的
