JavaScript 的装饰器（decorator）已经是第三阶段提案了，语法完全变了。
但是，TypeScript 的装饰器还是早期语法，后面不知道怎么处理，看上去跟标准不兼容。目前比较稳妥的做法是，不要在项目中使用装饰器。
