招募管理员，帮忙屏蔽 spammer 实例，我一个人搞不动了 
想到的一个出路：Mastodon、misskey 等强制启用人机校验（recaptcha、hecaptcha、极验等），避免正常网站的垃圾注册；支持根域名甚至顶级域名屏蔽，这样大概率可以避免 spammer 自建实例、程序发送垃圾信息（用便宜域名的正常实例可能就有点倒霉了，但也是没办法的事情
刚刚手动屏蔽了几个实例，太累了，想必也是收效甚微，还是算了吧
