GNOME Shell on Mobile is Shaping Up Nicely

Ever dreamed of using GNOME Shell on your mobile phone? The reality is closer than you think! Of course, if you’re familiar with Linux phone development you’ve probably heard of (and maybe even tried) Phosh by this. This is a mobile UI spearheaded by Purism and Tobias Bernard that makes use of many core GTK technologies (it helped birth libadwaita) and comes with a UI inspired by GNOME Shell. But work on the real deal is now picking up pace. A new grant from the German Ministry of Education is, GNOME developer Jonas Dressler details in a new blog post, :sys_more_orange:
