ICYMI, we have announced today GitHub Copilot Labs - a new feature in our @code extension which we will use for experiments using Codex.
Our first application is "Explain the code" feature - select some existing code and ask AI to describe it in natural language.

Re @scunliffe Hi, VS Code team member here. Right-click the file in the Explorer is the quickest way to find a Rename menu.
I haven't seen open issues, so probably worth filing a Feature Request via Report Issue to see if others in the community have the same issue.
